They're hitting their 60s and 70s now, while their children (and those born as ork/troll) aged much faster and die between 40 and 50. It should also be mentioned that those Orks and Trolls that goblinized in 2021 seemed to have retained their human lifespan. So "a 70 year old human turning Elf in the 1990s" doesn't really seem to fit the lore on so many levels. You've been either born as one of them or you aren't. However, I'm not aware of any Elf or Dwarf that was a human and then "elfinized" at a later age like for the Ork and Trolls. There have been reported occurances of them before the Awakening, so called Spike Babies, so one of them could have been born in the 1990s.
